- ATDOAH is in this instance a broker of the accommodation. You will be responsible for providing your own travel insurance.
- Travel to and from the accommodation will be your responsibility.
- By paying your £100 non-refundable deposit you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. You are agreeing to the payment plan of 6 further payments as set out on the Stripe checkout page.
- If you miss a payment ATDOAH will chase a maximum of 2 times. If the payment is not made by the 10th day ATDOAH reserves the right to reallocate your place.
Cancellation policy
Deposit – Non refundable
Cancellation within 12 weeks of the event – No refund
Cancellation within 16 - 20 weeks of the event – 25% refund of payments (less deposit)
Cancellation within 20 -28 weeks of the event – 50% refund of payments (less deposit)
Cancellation within 28 – 32 weeks of the event 100% refund of payments (less deposit)
- If unforeseen circumstances arise and ATDOAH are not able to run the event a full refund will be given.
- First Aid/Health & safety. Property opens to the public so first aid boxes will be provided. At the Drop of a Hat will provide details of local doctors, dentists, and the nearest hospital in case of emergency.
- The At the Drop of a Hat will hold up to date Food Hygiene L2 Certificates for the purpose of catering.
- ATDOAH will provide 1 vegetarian/ vegan option and 1 meat or fish option for the main meals. If you have any other specific needs, please provide your own food.
- Please inform Emily Pilbeam [email protected] if you have any food or nut allergies and any dietary requirements.
- Alcohol will not be provided by ATDOAH. Please bring your own if you so wish. You will be drinking alcohol at your own risk. ATDOAH will not be responsible for any injuries.
- Please use the hot tub with caution and follow the rules set out by the owner of the property.
