Terms and Conditions OBM 121 Mentoring

The Mentoring 121 programme will be over 6 months

You will have 1 x 40 minute call every month via Zoom to help you:

Set goals

Create packages.

Develop your client offering.

Help you with your marketing and visibility to gain more clients.

Support and agree Continued Professional Development.

Helping you become the best OBM you can be.

We reserve the right to amend the learning material from time to time.

Mentoring programme payments are non-refundable.

If you have chosen a payment plan and any of your agreed payments are late At the Drop of a Hat Ltd reserve the right to cease 121 zoom calls during your mentoring programme until your payments are up to date.

Confidentiality:

You agree to the confidentiality of all copyrighted At The Drop Of A Hat Ltd information and all related materials and business information as well as information shared and recordings which may not be reproduced or transmitted in any format by any means before, during and for life after the training is complete. You understand that you may be prosecuted for breach of confidentiality or plagiarism of all material unless written permission has been provided.

You agree to confidentiality of all information shared or discussed with any fellow delegates, whether in person, online, via the online supportive community, phone or otherwise, before, during and for the life after the training due to data protection.

 
Cancellations:

We reserve the right to amend or cancel 121 mentoring programmes.

If At The Drop Of A Hat Ltd/ Kellie VA Mentor cancel the mentoring programme for any reason, the participant will be given at least one week’s notice with an option of transferring dates of sessions or having a refund of the fees for any remaining sessions within 5 working days.
