VA Tea Party Membership

Cancellations:

We reserve the right to amend or cancel memberships. If At The Drop Of A Hat cancel the membership for any reason, the participant will be given at least one week’s notice with an option of having a pro rata refund of the fees within 5 working days. If the participant wishes to cancel the membership, they must put this in writing to [email protected] and provide no less than 30 days written notice. There will be no refund of membership fees for non-attendance.

Confidentiality:

You agree to confidentiality of all copyrighted At The Drop Of A Hat Tea Party Membership related materials and business information as well as information shared and recordings which may not be reproduced or transmitted in any format by any means before, during and for life after the training is complete. You understand that you may be prosecuted for breach of confidentiality or plagiarism of all material unless where written permission has been provided.
You agree to confidentiality of all information shared or discussed with any fellow participants, whether in person, online, via the online supportive community, phone or otherwise, before, during and for the life after the training due to data protection.
You give permission for any group or individual training, in which you partake in the discussion, to be recorded of which the recording will be distributed to yourself and/or fellow participants and will not be distributed to any persons outside of the group and will be for the sole use of the delegates and I shall store the recording in a responsible way.
You agree to keep user details and your password for the site confidential at all times and to not disclose them to any third party. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account and you shall indemnify us against all claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including professional fees) and any other liability that arises from any unauthorized use of your account.
The online materials of the membership are held on third party secure servers and we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the online content will be available at all times but in the event that such content is not available in whole or in part at any time, or becomes corrupted, is deleted or is failed to be stored, we shall have no liability in any circumstances.
You acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be processed by and on behalf of us as part of us providing the Membership to you and consent to us using it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way any of the Materials.
You may not without our prior written consent make any audio or visual recordings of any part of our Materials.

Payments:

The total price payable for the membership is as set out on the above payment information. You may make payment via the methods that are specified on the checkout page. Where the payments are stated on the check out page as recurring payments, you agree that we may take these payments automatically without any further consent or notice from you.
If any sum payable under these terms is not paid within 7 days of the date due, we reserve the right to (i) charge interest from the date due for payment to the actual date of payment at the rate of 3% above the base rate from time to time in force and/or (ii) suspend the Membership until such time as payment is made or the Contract is terminated.
All payments are exclusive of VAT.

Liability:

We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses suffered or incurred by the you as a result of At The Drop Of A Hat providing the Membership.

General:

By applying for the Tea Party Membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, you are capable of entering into legally binding contracts and that all information that you will provide will be true and accurate at all times.
