Time and Flexibility At the Drop of a Hat Blog

Time is one of the most important things that we have. Time is priceless and you cannot get it back.

Today I have been inspired to write this blog following an emotional phone call with the news that one of our relatives is in hospital and he is very poorly.

So, the moral of today’s story is don't waste it make the most of every minute and every hour of every day. Spend time with loved ones and family as you never know what tomorrow will bring.

My aim when I started this business was to gain flexibility in my life for my children and my dad’s dementia diagnosis.

Since 2019 I have worked tirelessly to grow my business to design my lifestyle and fit my work around it.

I also feel so blessed that as a mentor I get to help other people to paint their own rainbow.

Today has reminded me that life is too short, so I urge you to ask yourself this:

  • Ask yourself what is your why?
  • Why do you do what you do?
  • What are your goals and how are you going to reach them?

Now … I want you to write this down and put it on your desk or on your notice board to remind yourself every day that this is what you are working towards.

I have reached a point in my business where I have the flexibility I need, and I can take my children to football and riding without having to get permission from a manager. I am now on a mission to help other people do the same. Whether it’s setting up as a Virtual Assistant or adding a passive income stream to your business this will help you have a more flexible life and keep time for important things.

Right! I’m off to sort dinner out for my children before doing a mentoring call with a client.

Please don’t forget that you are in control of your own destiny! You get to write this story and paint your own rainbow.

Kx
